An insightful look at the experiences of women lawyers in America, this documentary examines a range of topics from discrimination and work/life balance to what it takes to become a partner in today's law firms. Join us for a unique opportunity to share information and engage in an interactive discussion with a panel of women leaders from academia, the judiciary, and private practice, and the documentary filmmaker Sharon Rowen, founding Partner of Rowen & Klonoski P.C. and  Principal with R & K Production LLC.

The panel discussion will be led by Professor Kristin Kalsem, co-director of the Center for Race, Gender, and Social Justice.
